Following on from the success of the Autumn Mini Conference 2016, Helen Woodward and Maxine Roberts will support delegates in leading organisational change based on the Egan model. Participants will have the opportunity to work through an unresolved work based issue and practice the application of the model. This could be an issue which needs strategically managing or an opportunity that needs creating to take work forward successfully.
